Refund and Returns Policy

Under what circumstances can I return or exchange a product?

We only accept returns for slipper quality issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizes. So, be sure to choose the right size before purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at [email protected]. (We do not accept returns for orders older than 45 days.)

How do I make a return?

1. Log in to your OSmile2 account.

2. Take photos that can prove the quality of the product.

3. Contact customer service [email protected] and send the order number and corresponding photos for a refund & return.

4. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

Note 1*: If you pay for the return shipping fee yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it is within 45 days after the date of purchase.

Note 2*: The return address is not the shipping address, please make sure that the return information is filled in correctly.

If the product is worn or damaged, or the label has been removed, can I still return it?

  1. You can only return unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original labels/packages and sanitary labels in good condition.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper care
  • Normal abrasion
  • Decomposition of colors and materials due to sunlight
  • After-sales modification
  • The return/exchange of products in contact with water is not accepted.
  1. Items with non-returnable signs and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

REFUND POLICY

1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be backed to the original payment account.

2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. If it is our reason, the goods have quality problems, the original shipping fee will be borne by us.

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact us at [email protected] within 180 calendar days after your order was first placed.

  • Cancel unshipped orders.
    If you want to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact us at [email protected]. For the fastest solution, please provide your order number. Thanks!
  • Cancel shipping order
    If you cancel the order while the package has been shipped out or is being shipped to the destination, please contact us, and refuse to accept the package. We will refund your payment after deducting the shipping cost. Once the package starts to be returned, it will be refunded immediately.
